I will bring my own table 5' or smaller I need 1 table provided at the Fire Hall (approx 6' each) No table will be set-up. I will bring my own table, but it is 6-7' -- please allow space for it

The 2024 FEES are as follows (all fees must be paid in advance by Wednesday, November 13th, NO exceptions!) (Checks made payable to Cochranton Community Fair Parade Committee). Spaces are approximately 6x6. (One space/table = fee listed) One (1) table/space maxium per vendor/crafter/organization. IF you are doing a large tree, the space for the tree (5x5 approx) is not included with your table/space; it is separate and there is no fee for the tree. *

Mail Payment before the event to: Cochranton Community Fair Parade Committee, PO Box 462, Cochranton PA 16314 BY WEDNESDAY, November 13, 2024 to guarantee your spot. (Must be received by the committee by the 10th, NOT postmarked.) No-Shows are non-refundable. OR use our PayPal link on this website to PAY your fee BY WEDNESDAY, November 13, 2024 to guarantee your spot. No-Shows are non-refundable.

COMMENTS -- Please note that we encourage all crafters and vendors to stick with the Christmas theme in your Christmas tree displays because this is a Christmas-themed event. Our committee reserves the right to limit and/or reject crafters/vendor applications as necessary to accomodate the Christmas Tree displays and to promote the spirit of the event.
